About this position:

Client Care Specialist -Dallas Dream Center will be responsible for all interactions with clients at the Real Options Dallas Dream Center office. The main responsibilities will be to handle all phone calls, texts, chats, check-ins and client case management. The Client Care Specialist will act as Real Options "first responder" and is the first contact with the client. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
