About this position:

Women's Nonprofit Alliance is a Christian nonprofit that strengthens and sustains nonprofit women and the causes they champion. We are seeking a detail-oriented highly administrative part-time independent contractor to assist with our financial processes, data entry, membership management, and other administrative needs. Main responsibilities:

MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT:
  • Member onboarding, assimilation, payment monitoring, and communication
  • Sponsorship Program management
  • Database management (customized donor management system and ASANA)
FINANCIAL:
  • Invoicing/monitoring of payments
  • Payment request processing, check writing, and ACH payments
  • Data processing/entry of donations/payments to our donor management system and Quickbooks
  • Donations processing and bank deposit preparation
SKILLSETS:
  • 1-2 years bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in spreadsheets
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks a must
  • Working knowledge of Project management platforms like Asana preferred
  • Working knowledge of MailChimp (or other email marketing platforms) preferred
