As the Event Coordinator at The Hope Center, Rilee is the driving force behind bringing events to life. From planning and managing everything from conferences, leadership summits to intimate luncheons or community events, she brings a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and heartfelt service to every detail. Rilee’s ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and create warm, welcoming environments makes her an invaluable partner to the organizations she serves, elevating each event into a meaningful and memorable experience that reflects the heart of The Hope Center.

Rilee graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies, where she discovered a deep passion for building meaningful connections and cultivating community. While volunteering and interning at her local church, she found her love for event coordination while planning and executing gatherings that brought people together in fellowship.

In August 2024, Rilee took a leap of faith and moved from her home state of Colorado to the DFW area. Outside of work, Rilee loves trying new coffee shops with friends, crafting, and spending time outside.
