Dee Holley's passion is teaching. She graduated magna cum laude from Texas Wesleyan University, is a member of Gamma Sigma Sorority, and furthered her education at Texas Christian University. After teaching school for 8+ years, she began a new endeavor pursuing classes at the Cooper Institute. As a result, she started one of the first home personal training/nutrition businesses training high-profile athletes, authors, etc. She now teaches/specializes in customized nutritional supplements in conjunction with Health Marker DNA. She is on the board at DSWA; and is actively involved in AWARE; Alzheimer’s Women’s Association for Resources and Education.

She is a true sports enthusiast, especially when it comes to the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, TCU Horned Frogs, and the Texas Tech Red Raiders!  She has two children and three grandchildren, and besides working out, her favorite thing in the world is spending time with them. Dee attends Gateway Church. Her favorite scripture is, “And we know that in all things, God works for the good, to those who love Him who are called according to His purpose."- Romans 8:28
