Michele is an ex-counterterrorism expert for the United States Central Intelligence Agency in the Directorate of Operations. Working undercover in Iraq and other secret locations in the Middle East for 10 years, Michele led some of the most highly skilled operatives on the planet. In 2015, she and her husband Joseph aided in the evacuation of a group of persecuted Christians from Northern Iraq. In a Q&A format led by Tom Doyle, Michele answered questions about her experience and shared how we, as Christians, are to respond to the trials of our day with biblical truth and love.
