Annette Ard joined The Hope Center in 2019 as a Guest Services Associate and in 2022 became the Administrative Assistant. Annette serves in the areas of operations, tenant services, and special projects for the Chief Operations Officer and Operations and Events Administrator. She continues to provide support and assistance to the Guest Services staff.

A native of far north Dallas, Annette earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Baylor University. She is a CPA and worked in public and corporate accounting as an auditor and contract consultant for most of her early career. After working in other nonprofit organizations, her career-long desire to work in the business of ministry was fulfilled when she joined The Hope Center.

Annette became a believer and follower of Jesus Christ at the age of eight and grew up in The Heights Baptist Church in Richardson - where she is still a member. The oldest of four children, Annette loves being an aunt to her nine nieces and nephews, great-niece, and great-nephew.

“The Hope Center is the hub of a wheel whose spokes reach across the city, state, country, and world sharing the gospel of Christ and ministering to the needs of the hurting. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that? I am honored to have the opportunity to serve here!”
