Hope Center Leaders Summit
Igniting Passion and Capabilities in Leaders
January 25-26, 2012
Through a systematic and thorough approach to learning both hard and soft leadership skills, leaders are trained and equipped to be better leaders as well as develop other leaders.
The health and growth of all organizations rises and falls on leadership.
Leadership is the determining factor influencing the health and growth of every business, church, non-profit organization, and nation. Therefore, every organization benefits greatly when the leadership quotient of the organization is increased. This is accomplished in three ways:
- Increase the leadership skills of existing leaders
- Identify and empower competent leaders who are lying dormant in the organization
- Train and equip new leaders
